These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AgentMCP (the "Service"), operated by the AgentMCP team ("AgentMCP," "we," "us"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you're using AgentMCP on behalf of an organization, you're agreeing on that organization's behalf and confirming you have the authority to do so.
AgentMCP is a no-code platform for turning skills, instructions, and API calls into published "packages" — bundles of tools exposed as a live Model Context Protocol (MCP) endpoint that AI agents and your own customers can connect to. The Service includes the AgentMCP dashboard, the published MCP endpoints it generates, and the sign-in experiences (email one-time code, and other methods as we add them) that authenticate people into those endpoints.
You need an account, verified by a one-time code sent to your email, to build with AgentMCP. Accounts belong to a workspace, which can have multiple members with either the admin or builder role. Workspace admins control membership, connections, and billing for that workspace.
AgentMCP offers a Free plan and paid Pro and Performance subscription plans, described at agentmcp.app/pricing. Paid plans are billed monthly and automatically renew until canceled.
You agree not to use AgentMCP to:
We may suspend or remove content, or restrict access, where we reasonably believe this section has been violated.
Everything you create in AgentMCP — tool definitions, instructions, uploaded files, package configurations, branding assets — is "Your Content." You retain ownership of it. You grant AgentMCP a limited license to host, store, process, and transmit Your Content solely as needed to operate the Service (for example, serving it through your published MCP endpoint, or rendering your branding on a sign-in page).
AgentMCP and its logo, and the AgentMCP platform itself, are our intellectual property. Nothing in these Terms transfers any of that to you. If you send us feedback or suggestions, you agree we can use them without any obligation to you.
AgentMCP lets you configure connections to third-party systems (for example, an OAuth application you register with Google or Microsoft, or a target MCP server you already run). You're responsible for the credentials and API keys you provide, for complying with those third parties' own terms, and for any consequences of connecting them through AgentMCP. We aren't responsible for the availability, security, or behavior of third-party services you choose to connect.
You can stop using the Service and delete your workspace at any time from your account settings, or by emailing us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially violate these Terms, don't pay for a paid plan, or if we're required to by law. Where reasonably possible, we'll give you notice first.
When a workspace is deleted or terminated, Your Content associated with it (packages, tools, uploaded files, connection configurations) may be permanently deleted after a reasonable grace period, currently 30 days, except where we're required to retain it for legal reasons.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgentMCP won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or $100 if you're on the Free plan.
Nothing in this section limits liability where the law doesn't allow it to be limited.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above, and for material changes we'll make a reasonable effort to notify you by email or an in-app notice before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law: AgentMCP is not yet a formally incorporated legal entity. Once it is, this section will specify the governing law and jurisdiction for disputes. Until then, we'll work with you in good faith to resolve any dispute — reach out at the email below.
